Michelle Sterling »

Michelle Sterling is the owner and president of Sign Pro Imaging, Inc. She helped open Sign Pro in 1996 upon graduating from Ohio Northern University. Her degrees in graphic design and business marketing proved benficial when she purchased the business in 1999. In 2004 she led Sign Pro through a major expansion, including adding 1000 sq ft to their shop, several wide format printers, a hot laminator, a design room with 3 new design stations along with many other updates. Her dedication to bringing the latest technology to the Lima area and 12 years of experience in every aspect of the sign business are what keeps Sign Pro moving forward in the industry.

Quinton Thornton »

Quinton Thornton is a graduate of Lima Senior High School, attended Florida Keys Community College, and has a diverse business background. Quinton is a Dale Carnegie graduate, and has a Certificate of Marketing and Management. Quinton prides himself on 8 years of large volume retail management, and several years of marketing experience. He has attended several seminars presented by the International Sign Association regarding digital printing, sales, service and pricing. His responsibilities at Sign Pro include customer service, account management and marketing consultation.

Josh Biddinger »

Josh Biddinger received an education in graphic design from the Bradfield School while living in Columbus from 2003 to 2007. He went on to work as a graphic designer for a publishing company in the Columbus area. After moving back to the Lima area, he began at Sign Pro in August of 2007 where does design, printing, production and customer service. He has attended several courses related to digital printing and color management.

George Davis »

George Davis, a graduate of Lima Technical College, comes to us with a degree in computer networking. George has 8 yrs of experience in the sign industry. The past 4 years have been spent mastering the complexities of color management in order to bring the Sign Pro customers the most eye catching digital images possible.

Bill Martin »

William “Bill” Martin is the Production Manager at Sign Pro Imaging. A 1992 graduate of Lima Senior High School, Bill studied Communications at Ohio State University and Electrical Engineering at Lima Technical College. Bill worked in the manufacturing industry for fifteen years - fourteen as a Team Leader. Bill has worked at Sign Pro Imaging since May of 2007. He has become a nationally certified car wrap specialist. Along with the responsibility of the production department and doing car wraps, you will find Bill doing installations and customer service.

Wanda Stokely »

Wanda Stokely is a Lima native. She attended Bath and Lima Senior High Schools. She has 30 plus years in customer service, retail and restaurant management. She and her husband owned Speedy Print Depot in Miami Florida prior to moving back to Lima in 2000. Wanda's responsibilites at Sign Pro include customer service and accounts management. She is also involved in the community having volunteered at Churches United Pantry (CUP) and is currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Mental Health and Recovery Services board for Allen, Auglaize and Hancock counties.

Trent Goodwin »

Trent Goodwin is a student at the University of Northwestern Ohio. He does the production part of the process at Sign Pro Imaging. He prepares, mounts and finishes the signs when the material comes out of design. He has four years of production experiences in his home town of Granville and two years with Sign Pro Imaging.
